ABOUT LILYPUT LANE

Lilyput Lane is the creation of a homemaker from Tampa, Florida who wanted to break out of the mold of boring diaper burp cloths and starchy baby blankets void of color and style. With a few babies of my own, I am always looking for fashionable baby products that are functional and affordable. The products from Lilyput Lane are soft, colorful and in style for both baby and mom! Why shouldn't they be? The mama is the one with the burp cloth draped over her shoulder or the swaddling blanket in her arms!

My father-in-law always calls my daughter, Lily, "Lilliput" from the famous Jonathan Swift novel "Gulliver's Travels". Lilliput is a whimsical island filled with tiny people. When coming up with a name for my business, I thought Lilyput Lane described perfectly what we are all about! We make things for tiny people!
